LTC CEO Installation Support

Before you install LTC CEO

Please view this short video showing you how to install the program.  It will also show you how to configure your computer to use the CEO tools.  View Install Video

Step One - Acrobat Reader (If you already have on your computer, you can skip this step.)

The LTC CEO contains files in Adobe Acrobat Reader. All the documents can be printed for easier reading. Determine whether your computer has Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. If you need to install it, a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installer is included in this CD ROM. (If you don't know if you need to install this or not, go ahead and install it anyway.  It will overwrite any older version that is on your system.) To install it, click on this link ===> Adobe Reader Installer. When prompted to either Run or Save, click Run.

Step Two - Internet Explorer (If you already have on your computer, you can skip this step.)

LTC CEO is viewed best in Internet Explorer 6.0+.  View this video to find out if you have the latest version of Internet Explorer and how to download the latest version if you need to.  View Video  Or, click on this link Internet Explorer to go to the download site. 

Step Three - Windows Media Player (If you already have on your computer, you can skip this step).

Last of all, LTC CEO will work best with Windows Media Player version 9 to run the movies.  View this video Updating Windows Media Player to find out if you have the latest version and how to download it if needed.  View Video  If you are running an earlier version, click on one of the links below to update your Media Player.
